Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Pro at any time from your creator dashboard. The change takes effect immediately, and billing is prorated. Downgrading from Pro to Starter takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Yes. We charge a flat subscription fee, monthly or annual, and take zero commission from your product sales. The only fees on your sales come from Stripe, the payment processor, which are standard card processing fees of around 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. These go to Stripe, not to us.

Creators are responsible for any taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) on their product sales based on their location and applicable laws. VybeVerse does not calculate, collect, or remit taxes on your behalf. Stripe provides tools in your creator dashboard to help with tax tracking, and we recommend consulting a tax professional in your country for guidance.

Customer payments are processed through Stripe and include all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Link, plus buy-now-pay-later options like Klarna and Affirm. Available payment methods vary based on the customer's region.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. You'll keep access to your creator account until the end of your current billing period. Your products and data are preserved if you decide to come back later.

Your creator profile and product pages are publicly visible, so anyone with the link can view them. Product files themselves stay private and are delivered only to verified buyers through time-limited secure download links.

Creator accounts are currently available in the United Kingdom and United States. This is because we use Stripe Connect for payouts, which requires creator location verification. Customers can buy from anywhere in the world. We're working on expanding creator availability to more countries.
