1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled on VybeVerse for both creator subscriptions and digital product purchases. We aim to be fair and transparent while protecting both creators and buyers.
2. Creator Subscription Refunds
Creator subscriptions (Starter and Pro plans) are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after cancellation.
- No prorated refunds: We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.
- Plan changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remaining billing period. When downgrading, the new lower rate applies from your next billing cycle — no refund is issued for the current period.
- Free trial: If you cancel during a free trial period, you will not be charged.
- Accidental charges: If you believe you were charged in error (for example, after a failed cancellation), contact us at support@vybeverse.com within 14 days of the charge. We will review your case and process a refund if appropriate.
3. Digital Product Purchase Refunds
Digital products sold on VybeVerse are created, listed, and fulfilled by independent creators — not by VybeVerse. Due to the nature of digital goods (which can be downloaded or accessed instantly), the following policy applies:
All digital product sales are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased and made available for download or access, the sale is considered complete. Refunds are generally not available for digital product purchases.
3.1 Exceptions
A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:
- The product was not delivered or cannot be accessed due to a technical issue on our end
- The product is substantially different from what was described on the product page
- You were charged multiple times for the same product
3.2 How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund on a product purchase:
- Contact the creator first. The creator who sold the product is your primary point of contact. You can reach them through their creator profile page on VybeVerse. Please allow the creator 5 to 7 business days to respond.
- Contact VybeVerse support. If the creator does not respond or you cannot resolve the issue directly, email us at support@vybeverse.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
Important Note
VybeVerse is a platform that facilitates transactions between creators and buyers. We do not process refunds on behalf of creators. Each creator manages their own refund decisions. Our support team can assist in mediating communication between parties when needed. Please note that product purchase refunds can only be issued by the creator through their Stripe dashboard — VybeVerse does not have the ability to process refunds for creator product sales.
4. Free Products
Free products (lead magnets) do not involve a financial transaction. By downloading a free product, you provide your name and email address to the creator. No refund applies to free product downloads. If you wish to have your information removed, contact the creator directly.
5. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
All payments on VybeVerse are processed through Stripe. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider, please be aware that:
- We encourage you to contact us first before initiating a chargeback, as we can often resolve issues more quickly.
- Chargebacks that are found to be fraudulent or made in bad faith may result in account suspension.
- Stripe handles the dispute process. Decisions are ultimately made by your card issuer and may take 60 to 90 days to resolve.
6. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through Stripe to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. Refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank are not refundable.
7. Your Rights Under UK Law
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. However, this right is lost for digital content once the download or access has begun, and you acknowledge this when completing your purchase.
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under UK law, including your right to receive products that are as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of VybeVerse after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
